Ansara's API allows our core platform to connect to our backend services. We serve this from multiple regions at edge locations. If these services are down, Ask Elo, Ask Email, Generate RFP Answers and communications with the knowledge base will be unavailable.

Ansara AI's Knowledge Base is a distributed edge cluster that handles your organization's data in compeletely segmented volumes. This service is core to our platform's functionality and as such if these services are down, most generative functionality will be unavailable.
